Dörzbach es un municipio en el distrito de Hohenlohe en el noreste de Baden-Wurtemberg, que está influenciado por la cultura francona. Pertenece a la región de Heilbronn-Franken.
La superficie del municipio de Dörzbach se encuentra en el área natural Kocher-Jagst-Ebenen, a altitudes entre 230 y 430 m sobre el nivel del mar y es atravesada por el gran arco norte del Jagst medio. Los asentamientos se ubican en el valle de Muschelkalk del río, en algunos valles secundarios, así como en las alturas periféricas circundantes. La localidad que da nombre al municipio limita con la orilla derecha del Jagst; en el extremo superior del pueblo, un arroyo de la corta Eselklinge desemboca en él, en el margen del núcleo del pueblo, el que proviene del un poco más largo Kiesgraben, y en el núcleo del pueblo, luego el Goldbach de alrededor de 5 km de largo.
