Höchst es un distrito de Frankfurt am Main con 15,873 habitantes. Se encuentra a unos 8.2 km al oeste de la Hauptwache, en la desembocadura del Nidda en el Meno.
A diferencia de la mayoría de los otros distritos, Höchst era una ciudad antigua con derecho de ciudad desde 1355 y sigue siendo hasta hoy el subcentro urbano más importante en el oeste de Frankfurt. En 1928, Höchst fue incorporado a Frankfurt. Hasta 1987, Höchst fue la sede administrativa de un propio distrito, que desde 1928 lleva el nombre de Main-Taunus-Kreis. Höchst es el centro del distrito local de Frankfurt-Oeste con 120,000 habitantes.
