El Distrito de Goslar es un Landkreis ubicado al sur del estado federal de Baja Sajonia . La capital del distrito reside en la ciudad de Goslar.
El Landkreis Goslar limita al oeste con el distrito de Northeim y el distrito de Hildesheim, al norte con el distrito de Wolfenbüttel y con la ciudad de Salzgitter, al este con el distrito de sachsen-anhaltischen Halberstadt y Wernigerode y al sur con el distrito de Turingia de Distrito de Nordhausen y el Distrito de Osterode am Harz .
