La clínica Frankenalb de Engelthal en el municipio de Engelthal en la región de Núremberg es una clínica especializada en psiquiatría, psicoterapia y psicosomática. Es una institución de la empresa municipal Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken, que también incluye el Bezirksklinikum Ansbach, el Klinikum am Europakanal en Erlangen, la residencia socioterapéutica Eggenhof en Uttenreuth y la residencia y hogar de cuidado socioterapéutico en Ansbach.
La clínica Frankenalb fue construida en 1898 en Reschenberg y fue inaugurada en 1900 como sanatorio para enfermedades pulmonares con 100 camas. Durante un tiempo, fue un hogar infantil durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. En 1973, la institución se especializó en el tratamiento de enfermedades mentales.
