El Pilgerbach en el municipio de Edermünde, en el distrito Schwalm-Eder de Hesse del Norte, es un afluente occidental o izquierdo del Eder de 8,7 km de longitud y su último antes de desembocar en el Fulda.
El Pilgerbach nace en el Parque Natural Habichtswald en las Langenbergen. Su fuente se encuentra en la ladera este del Bensberg, que tiene una altura de 464,8 m, o en la ladera noreste del Bilstein, que supera ligeramente los 460 m, aproximadamente a 1,5 km al noroeste de Besse, una parte del municipio de Edermünde. Se sitúa cerca del borde del bosque oriental de las Langenberge, a unos 320 m sobre el nivel del mar.
