El Dosenbek es un afluente del norte de la Schwale en Schleswig-Holstein. A través de la Schwale, que desemboca en el Stör y luego en el Elba, fluye hacia el mar del Norte.
El Dosenbek tiene una longitud de 8 km y nace en el cercado de Negenharrie, que es parte del bosque estatal de Neumünster en el distrito de Rendsburg-Eckernförde. El Dosenbek, que ha sido fuertemente canalizado, rodea el Dosenmoor por el lado oriental, donde numerosos drenes de desagüe conducen agua del pantano al Dosenbek. Más al sur, forma la frontera del distrito entre Neumünster y el distrito de Plön en Tasdorf. Luego, rodea el bosquecillo de Brachenfeld por el lado occidental y desemboca poco después en la Schwale, que es aproximadamente del mismo tamaño.
