El edificio de apartamentos Wintergarten es un rascacielos en Leipzig. El edificio residencial fue construido de 1970 a 1972 como el rascacielos de apartamentos Wintergartenstraße y es el tercer rascacielos más alto de Leipzig después del City-Hochhaus y del Hotel The Westin. Con 106,8 metros de altura total, de los cuales 95,5 metros corresponden a la altura del edificio, fue el edificio residencial más alto de la RDA y hoy figura en la lista de rascacielos en Alemania entre los primeros cien.
Se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad de Leipzig en la Wintergartenstraße 2, al sureste de la estación central, cerca de la Augustusplatz. Al oeste se encuentra el parque en el Schwanenteich. El rascacielos es también conocido por el letrero publicitario de 18 toneladas, Doppel-M, que gira en su techo, de la Feria de Leipzig.
