El Museo Villa Haiss es un museo privado de arte moderno en Alemania. Se encuentra en la localidad badense de Zell am Harmersbach, una antigua ciudad libre del Reich en el distrito de Ortenau, cerca de Offenburg. La casa, construida en 1830 por un fabricante y actualmente protegida como monumento, fue adquirida en la década de 1990 por el galerista Walter Bischoff, quien restauró la villa y la inauguró en 1997 como museo privado de arte contemporáneo, tras dos años de renovación. Para exposiciones hay un total de 850 m² disponibles. El museo muestra una colección representativa de pintura, fotografía y escultura del arte europeo y estadounidense desde 1945. En el parque de enfrente se encuentran desde 1999 cinco elementos originales del Muro de Berlín de la colección del museo. Estos son los únicos cinco segmentos conectados fuera de Berlín.
