La Cartuja de Eisenach es un antiguo monasterio de los cartujos en Eisenach, en el estado de Turingia. El convento existió desde 1378 hasta 1525.
La Cartuja "Domus Vallis Sanctae Elisabeth" fue construida a partir de 1378 con el apoyo de los landgrafes Federico III, Guillermo I y Baltasar. Los primeros monjes llegaron entre los años 1378 y 1383 del monasterio cartujano de Erfurt. La estructura del monasterio se estableció fuera de la ciudad de Eisenach, frente a la "Puerta de las Mujeres" en el sur de la ciudad. En 1382, el capítulo general incorporó oficialmente la nueva fundación a la orden.
