Ifta es un afluente izquierdo de la Werra en Turingia, Alemania, que tiene una longitud de 5,5 km a través de Klingborn, 8,9 km a través de Lüderbach y hasta 11,1 km a través de Augraben.
Klingborn es un manantial kárstico de gran caudal en las afueras de Ifta. A solo 100 m al suroeste de esta fuente, el Ifta se une por la izquierda con el Lüderbach que proviene de Lüderbach, sobre el cual se lleva a cabo la estación de aguas del Ifta. A otros 500 metros al sureste se encontraba el molino de Klingborn, el primer molino de grano a lo largo del río. En la localidad, el Augraben también se une al Ifta desde el sur. Aproximadamente a 200 m al este de la localidad se encuentra el Wehrecke, donde un canal de molino creado en la alta Edad Media se desvió hacia los molinos de grano de Creuzburg. Justo debajo del Wehrecke se encuentra finalmente el Rösselbach.
