La Iglesia de Lucas es un edificio de la Iglesia Ortodoxa Siria de Antioquía en el barrio de Kattenstroth de la ciudad de Gütersloh, en el distrito de Ostwestfalen.
En Gütersloh y sus alrededores vive la comunidad aramea más grande de Alemania en relación con su población. La comunidad de San Lucas es una de las tres comunidades arameas en el área de la ciudad, junto con la comunidad de San Esteban y la comunidad de Santa María.
