Las tumbas megalíticas de Niendorf I eran un grupo de 18 estructuras funerarias de la cultura de los vasos de embudo de la Edad de Piedra cerca de la localidad de Niendorf I, perteneciente al municipio de Römstedt en el distrito de Uelzen. Todas las tumbas fueron destruidas en el siglo XIX. Originalmente, eran parte de una extensa necrópolis que también incluía al menos 24 tumbas en el territorio del municipio de Altenmedingen. Un registro de las estructuras se realizó en la década de 1840 por Georg Otto Carl von Estorff, lo que permitió una descripción más precisa de nueve tumbas. Ernst Sprockhoff asignó en su Atlas de las tumbas megalíticas de Alemania los números 758-765 a ocho de ellas.
Las tumbas documentadas en Niendorf I se dividieron en tres grupos: el primero y más grande incluía originalmente 28 tumbas megalíticas y numerosas montículos funerarios. Las estructuras se extendían en una densa fila desde Niendorf I a través del asentamiento de Haaßel, que pertenece a Altenmedingen, hasta el borde de la localidad de Altenmedingen. 15 de estas tumbas megalíticas se encontraban en el territorio de Niendorf I, las 13 restantes en el territorio de Altenmedingen. Además, había otras dos tumbas al noreste de Niendorf I y una más al sur del lugar.
