La reserva natural Bielsteinhöhle con Lukenloch se encuentra cerca de Horn-Bad Meinberg en el distrito de Lippe y tiene una superficie total de aproximadamente 18,9 ha. El área se identifica con el número LIP-020 y está situada entre Veldrom y Schlangen.
La garganta de Bielstein es un dolina de colapso. Tiene aproximadamente 300 m de longitud y se extiende en forma de media luna de suroeste a norte. Las paredes están compuestas de roca calcárea clara y fuertemente desgastada, y se elevan hasta 15 m. En tiempos prehistóricos, sirvió como refugio y lugar de asentamiento.
