La capilla Nordhemmern en la localidad de Nordhemmern del municipio de Hille es una capilla de la comunidad evangélica de Hartum-Holzhausen, que pertenece al distrito de Minden de la Iglesia Evangélica de Westfalia.
La historia de la construcción de la capilla es desconocida. Albert Ludorff supuso en el año 1902 que era una obra de la Renacimiento, hoy se considera que la capilla se construyó ya en el siglo XIII.
