El molino Broicher estaba ubicado en el arroyo Broicher, en el distrito de Broich de la ciudad de Alsdorf, en la región metropolitana de Aachen. Se encontraba a una altitud de aproximadamente 152 m sobre el nivel del mar. Delante del molino se encontraba el gran estanque Broicher. El molino Broicher fue el primer molino en el valle del arroyo Broich, a solo unos 1000 m de las dos fuentes. Por debajo del molino Broicher se encontraba el molino Kranentals.
