El Kaufpark Eiche es un centro comercial en Eiche, municipio de Ahrensfelde. Es operado por Mfi Management para bienes inmuebles. En una superficie total de 160.000 m² se encuentran un complejo de edificios de dos plantas y un aparcamiento. El centro consta de tiendas especializadas, comercios y gastronomía.
El centro comercial, con una superficie bruta de 67.000 m², se inauguró en 1994 en la Landsberger Chaussee, a solo unos metros detrás de la frontera de la ciudad de Berlín. 4.000 plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas y una gasolinera están disponibles para los visitantes. Inicialmente, tras la reunificación, se estableció en el mismo lugar una sucursal de la cadena de supermercados Kaufland. Pocos años después, se construyó el complejo de edificios actual.
