La granja de arena es un antiguo conjunto de casas de entramado de madera, en Am Markt 10, en el barrio de Liedberg en Korschenbroich, en el distrito de Rhein-Kreis Neuss en Renania del Norte-Westfalia. Hoy en día, el edificio es propiedad de la ciudad de Korschenbroich y se utiliza para exposiciones, conciertos y otros eventos culturales.
Fue construida en el siglo XVIII y fue inscrita con el número 119 en la lista de monumentos históricos de Korschenbroich el 4 de junio de 1987.
