El monasterio Höchst en Höchst im Odenwald es un antiguo monasterio filial de las agustinas, fundado entre 1177 y 1244 por el monasterio de Fulda sobre su propiedad, el castillo de Breuberg. En 1503, la única monja que quedaba abandonó el monasterio, que fue ocupado de nuevo por benedictinas en 1511. Durante la Reforma, el monasterio fue disuelto en 1568 y continuó como fondo monástico evangélico. La instalación, que se amplió considerablemente posteriormente, es propiedad de la Iglesia Evangélica en Hesse y Nassau desde 1957. En 1962, el "Centro de Juventud Evangélico del Monasterio Höchst" se trasladó a la propiedad. Desde 2004, el antiguo monasterio Höchst sirve como un centro de formación juvenil.
