El Tummelum es el mayor festival de la ciudad antigua de Flensburg, que en su apogeo atrae a varios cientos de miles de visitantes y es conocido por su olimpiada de diversión, que ha conseguido entradas en el Libro Guinness de los récords. La zona del festival en el centro de Flensburg se extiende desde el Südermarkt, pasando por el Holm, la Große Straße, el Nordermarkt hasta llegar a la plaza Willy-Brandt en el muelle.
