Reuthen es un distrito de la localidad de Felixsee en el distrito de Spree-Neiße en Brandeburgo. La localidad fue incorporada el 26 de octubre de 2003 y anteriormente era un municipio independiente. Reuthen pertenece a la oficina de Döbern-Land.
Reuthen se encuentra en la Baja Lusacia, a unas diez kilómetros en línea recta al este-noreste de Spremberg y a doce kilómetros al noroeste de Weißwasser. La comarca de la localidad limita al norte con Bohsdorf, al noreste con Friedrichshain, al este con Wolfshain, al sureste con la localidad sajona de Groß Düben, al sur con Lieskau, al suroeste con Schönheide, al oeste con Bloischdorf y al noroeste con Klein Loitz. Además de la aldea del mismo nombre, el distrito de Reuthen incluye el asentamiento de Horlitza en la frontera con Sajonia.
