La zona de reserva natural de Booßener Teichgebiet se encuentra en el área de la ciudad de Lebus en el distrito de Märkisch-Oderland y en el ámbito de la ciudad independiente de Frankfurt en Brandeburgo.
El área con el número de identificación 1602 fue protegida mediante una orden del 26 de marzo de 2008. La reserva natural de aproximadamente 104 ha se extiende al sureste de Wulkow, un distrito de la ciudad de Lebus, y al noreste de Booßen, un distrito de la ciudad de Frankfurt. Al oeste corre la carretera estatal L 383, al este la B 112 y al sur la B 5. Al este fluye el Óder y se encuentra la frontera estatal con Polonia.
