La Oficina de Ruhland es una oficina formada en 1992 en el distrito de Oberspreewald-Lausitz del estado de Brandeburgo, en la que originalmente seis municipios del entonces distrito de Senftenberg se unieron en una asociación administrativa. Poco después se unió un séptimo municipio. La sede de la administración de la oficina está en la ciudad de Ruhland. Con la incorporación de un municipio, el número de municipios pertenecientes a la oficina se redujo de nuevo a seis.
La oficina se encuentra en el sur del distrito de Oberspreewald-Lausitz. Limita al norte con la ciudad de Schwarzheide, al este con la ciudad de Senftenberg, al sur con el estado libre de Sajonia, al oeste con la oficina de Ortrand y al noroeste, a corta distancia, con la ciudad de Lauchhammer.
