El área natural protegida Wernsdorfer See es un área natural protegida de 138,74 hectáreas en la llanura de Spreetal en Berlín-Fürstenwalde, en los distritos de Oder-Spree y Dahme-Spreewald en Brandeburgo.
La mayor parte del área se encuentra en el distrito de Dahme-Spreewald, mientras que una parte más pequeña está en el distrito de Oder-Spree, en la parcela de la localidad de Gosen-Neu Zittau. El área FFH se sitúa dentro del límite administrativo de la ciudad de Königs Wusterhausen, así como en la parcela de Wernsdorf, un distrito de Königs Wusterhausen. El área FFH tiene un ancho de aproximadamente 1,5 km y una longitud de unos 1,8 km. Lleva el nombre del lago Wernsdorfer, que le da su nombre.
