Ramspau es una aldea parroquial en la municipalidad de Regenstauf, en el distrito de Regensburg, en Baviera. Ramspau fue sede de la comunidad del mismo nombre hasta 1978.
El castillo de Ramspau fue probablemente construido antes del siglo XIII. En 1312 se documenta por primera vez a un caballero llamado "Weichser de Ranspaur". Alrededor de 1694, el lugar pasó a ser propiedad del conde Johann Siegmund Anton Franz von Reisach, quien después de 1700 mandó derribar grandes partes del castillo y utilizar el material de construcción para un nuevo palacio en el valle. La marca nobiliaria fue finalmente propiedad de los barones de Stetten.
