El castillo de Großpaschleben es un edificio protegido por monumentos en el barrio de Großpaschleben de la comunidad de Osternienburger Land, en el distrito de Anhalt-Bitterfeld, en Sajonia-Anhalt. En el registro local de monumentos, el castillo está inscrito con el número de identificación 094 09937 como monumento arquitectónico.
La primera mención documental del lugar Paschleben se realizó en el siglo XI. Hay evidencias de que en ese tiempo ya existía un castillo de agua. Heinrich von Wuthenau compró Paschleben en 1602. La familia Wuthenau demolió un antiguo castillo de llanura y construyó en su lugar el castillo de agua con un foso circundante. La familia Wuthenau permaneció como propietaria del edificio hasta la expropiación durante la reforma agraria en la zona de ocupación soviética en 1945, y el edificio fue utilizado posteriormente como hogar de ancianos. Hoy en día, el castillo es propiedad del grupo empresarial Burchard Führer, que todavía lo opera como hogar de ancianos.
