La reserva natural Gandower Schweineweide se encuentra en el territorio del municipio de Lanz y de la ciudad de Lenzen en el distrito de Prignitz en Brandeburgo.
El área con el número de identificación 1426 fue protegida por una orden del 20 de diciembre de 2002. La reserva natural de aproximadamente 79,4 ha se extiende al sur de Gandow, una parte habitada del municipio de Lenzen, y al oeste de Wustrow, una parte habitada del municipio de Lanz, a lo largo del Löcknitz, un afluente derecho del Elba. En el borde occidental y meridional del área se encuentra la carretera del distrito K 7035, al oeste y al sur fluye el Elba y se encuentra la frontera estatal con Baja Sajonia. Al sureste se extiende la reserva natural de aproximadamente 999 ha de Lenzen-Wustrower Elbniederung.
