La iglesia parroquial evangélica de Wootz es una iglesia de nave del siglo XVII en Wootz, una parte habitada de la comuna de Lenzerwische en el distrito de Prignitz en Brandeburgo. La comunidad de la iglesia pertenece al distrito eclesiástico de Prignitz de la Iglesia Evangélica de Berlín-Brandenburgo-Silesia Alta Lausitz. La patrona es Santa Catalina.
La carretera federal 195 atraviesa el lugar en dirección oeste-este. De ella se desvía el camino de los álamos hacia el casco histórico. Allí se encuentra la iglesia en un terreno ligeramente elevado, que no está cercado.
