La iglesia evangélico-luterana, protegida como monumento histórico, de Santa Cecilia se encuentra en Gehrenrode, un barrio de la ciudad de Bad Gandersheim en el distrito de Northeim, en Baja Sajonia. La comunidad de la iglesia pertenece a la Proisdicatura de Gandersheim-Seesen en la Iglesia Evangélico-Luterana de Braunschweig.
La iglesia de nave fue construida en su núcleo en el siglo XVII. Sin embargo, su aspecto se determina por la renovación de 1753. La nave de la iglesia, sostenida por contrafuertes, está cubierta con un tejado a dos aguas de faldones inclinados. El campanario fue cubierto en 1876 con una cúpula de pizarra con una casita de reloj.
