Holzhausen es el barrio más al sur de la ciudad de Bad Salzuflen en el distrito de Lippe, Renania del Norte-Westfalia en Alemania. El barrio consiste en Holzhausen y Sylbach.
Holzhausen se encuentra al sur, a unos siete kilómetros del centro de la ciudad de Salzuflen. Limita al oeste con el barrio de Wülfer-Bexten, al norte con los barrios de Ehrsen-Breden y Schötmar, al este con el barrio de Grastrup-Hölsen, al sur con la ciudad de Lage y al suroeste con el municipio de Leopoldshöhe. La frontera con Leopoldshöhe está formada por el río Werre, que fluye de manera natural por aquí.
