Con botellas, cubos, jarras o incluso pistolas de agua. El 29 de junio, en la española Haro, todo está permitido durante la tradicional Batalla del vino, o pelea de vino. Las reglas son simples: quien aún no lleve ropa rosa o morada debido a estar empapado en vino, puede ser bombardeado con rioja.
La fiesta se remonta al siglo VI. Tras la muerte de Felices de Bilibio, un santo local, los peregrinos al final de su camino eran 'bautizados' con vino.
