Crevillente [1] es un municipio y localidad española perteneciente a la Comunidad Valenciana. Está situado en la comarca del Bajo Vinalopó, en la sierra de Crevillente, a 129 metros de altitud,[2] en la provincia de Alicante, y su vecindad con el municipio de Elche le permite formar parte del área metropolitana de Alicante-Elche. Crevillente cuenta con 28 952 habitantes .
