El convento de Las Dueñas es un convento femenino de la orden dominica situado en la ciudad de Salamanca, España.
El salmantino convento de Santa María, más conocido por Las Dueñas, fue fundado en 1419 por Juana Rodríguez Maldonado, esposa de Fernando Alfonso de Olivera, en las casas donde habitaba, que había mandado construir su primer marido, Juan Sánchez de Sevilla, quien, desde 1390, desempeñó el oficio de contador mayor de Castilla. La intención de la fundadora fue la creación de un beaterio en el que pudieran retirarse nobles señoras, por lo que recibió del pueblo salmantino el sobrenombre de Convento de Las Dueñas.
