El desfiladero de Los Hocinos
El trayecto de la etapa 7 del Camino Natural del Ebro discurre por la margen derecha del río dejando en la orilla opuesta la localidad de Rioseco. Se continúa por la gran curva que forma el meandro del Ebro en el despoblado de Remolino y se atraviesa luego la garganta de los Hocinos, gracias a las pasarelas ancladas a la roca. Después, el GR 99 cruza por un bello bosque de quejigos y llega hasta el puente del Aire, donde el sendero gira a la derecha siguiendo una antigua calzada romana, de la que aún quedan trazos, hasta el primer pueblo del valle de Valdivielso, Puente Arenas. Villa de Las Merindades donde se atesoran auténticos tesoros del románico burgalés como la iglesia de San Pedro de Tejada.
