Desde O Vicedo hasta Ladrido cruzando la ría de Sor por el puente de O Barqueiro, límite entre Lugo y A Coruña.
El mar es el protagonista en esta etapa. Multitud de bellas playas, como las de Arealonga, Esteiro, Bimbieiro y Concha, salpican el trazado. Espectaculares acantilados las separan, donde disfrutar de parajes desde el mirador de Coitelo (“el mejor banco del mundo”). Inmejorable entorno, habitado por gentes ligadas al mar, en pueblos con sabor marinero como O Vicedo, O Barqueiro y Porto de Espasante.
