El Ramal de la Ermita de San Isidro comienza en el Ramal de la Laguna del Pueblo. Por camino ancho de tierra el viajero se acerca a la carretera N-420 y antes de llegar a ella se gira a la izquierda para continuar por camino en paralelo a la mencionada carretera. Tras superar un badén, comienza un tramo de subida que conduce a la ermita de San Cristóbal, inaugurada en 1987.
Se continúa en línea recta, dejando al norte de la ermita la Laguna de Navalafuente (laguna de 40 ha de extensión, endorreica salina, que permanece seca la mayor parte del año. Ha sido roturada y desecada en el pasado y atraviesan varios caminos su vaso lagunar. Por todo ello la composición vegetal ha sido alterada, siendo ocupada por pastizales salinos), alcanzando pocos metros después de la ermita de San Cristóbal, la ermita de San Isidro que pone punto final a este pequeño ramal.
