Siguiendo los pasos de San Rosendo hasta el mar Cantábrico
Este tramo del Camino Natural de San Rosendo, cruza los municipios de Mondoñedo, Lourenzá, Barreiros y Foz, llevando al viajero a través de pueblos cargados de historia, aldeas, pastos e impresionantes bosques mixtos. Una parte del recorrido coincide con la variante norte del Camino de Santiago y acompaña al río Masma hasta que se convierte en la ría de Foz a su desembocadura en el mar Cantábrico.
