Esta ruta incluye una de las subidas clásicas de Girona, en la "Mare de Déu del Mont" de 18,5 km. Es difícil por su longitud, aunque es relativamente suave en términos de desnivel (aunque los últimos 2 km son muy fuertes) Esta ruta es de día completo y a la vuelta pasa por el lago de Banyoles, lugar ideal para una pausa antes del fácil retorno hasta Girona.
