Thonon-les-Bains es una comuna francesa situada en el departamento de Alta Saboya, de la región de Auvernia-Ródano-Alpes. Es la subprefectura del distrito de su nombre y la cabecera y mayor población del cantón homónimo.
Thonon forma parte de la región histórica de Saboya. Está ubicada en la orilla sur del lago Lemán.
