El castillo de Bazouges es una antigua fortaleza construida en la ciudad de Bazouges-sur-le-Loir en el siglo XI para defender el Alto Anjou de cualquier tentativa por parte de la Casa de Blois o del condado de Maine. El castillo fue profundamente remodelado en el siglo XV con el fin de reforzar la defensa de Anjou durante la guerra de los Cien Años. El castillo se eleva sobre las orillas del Loir.
