El Acueducto de Agen (Pont-canal d'Agen) es un acueducto que transporta el canal de Garonne a través de la Garonne. Se encuentra en la comuna de Agen, en la región de Aquitania en Francia.
El acueducto es una estructura de mampostería de piedra trabajada que consta de 23 arcos, cada uno con un vano de 20 m, que en el momento de su finalización era el acueducto navegable más largo de Francia. Tiene una longitud de 539 metros, un ancho de 12.48 m y un ancho de canal de 8.82 m.
