El ataque al remolcador Düsseldorf tuvo lugar en el puerto de Dieppe el 23 de agosto de 1940. Es uno de los primeros ataques en Francia realizados contra el ocupante alemán durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Durante un ejercicio de la Wehrmacht, dos jóvenes marineros, el capitán belga Joseph Godu y el mecánico francés Jean de Ruyck, volaron su remolcador mientras los soldados alemanes estaban a bordo. La explosión mató a 38 personas, incluyendo a los dos jóvenes marineros.
