Más que vestigios, la historia ha dotado a Rosheim de un verdadero carácter de etapa en la Ruta del Románico de Alsacia. Su iglesia del siglo XII es el mejor ejemplo de ello El arte románico y sus influencias estilísticas se expresan magníficamente, con su bestiario esculpido y sus elaborados capiteles. Este monumento es, por tanto, el más completo y típico de la arquitectura románica alsaciana.
