Sylvain Le Bail ejerce su pasión en su taller-galería. Allí esculpe sus obras y se reúne con su público. Muy ecléctico en sus creaciones, presenta temas sobre la historia (shoah-colonización...), la sociedad, el deporte, la pastoral... que el visitante ve nacer en el taller.
Da forma a las tiras de arcilla, como la reja del arado levanta los surcos. Comparte con la tierra la fantasía de las formas. Al final, esto da originalidad a sus creaciones, a las que a veces añade la falta de respeto por las proporciones.
