Sainte-Enimie, uno de los pueblos más bellos de Francia gracias a su carácter medieval y a su adaptación a las gargantas que lo rodean, está lleno de antiguas calles empedradas y pasadizos abovedados, salpicados de amplias escaleras y bonitas terrazas que contribuyen generosamente a su encanto.
Desde su antiguo monasterio se puede ver el refectorio, una hermosa sala capitular románica. La iglesia románica de Notre-Dame-du-Gourg, del siglo XIV, ha sufrido varias transformaciones. Admire la hermosa bóveda de su ábside y la estatua de Santa Ana, junto a las cerámicas contemporáneas que ilustran la historia de la fundación del pueblo. El antiguo pueblo ha conservado una bolsa de maíz y su medida de grano.
En las orillas del Tarn, se puede nadar o alquilar una canoa para descender las gargantas. También ofrecemos visitas en autocar y visitas de muestra.
