Manoir de Foussac se encuentra en el valle de Dordoña, en la región de Lot, en un pueblo tranquilo y apacible rodeado por los acantilados de las Causses du Quercy. Desde la propiedad, hay una magnífica vista del circo de Floirac.
El edificio, un Hospitalet, se construyó sobre los cimientos de un castillo templario edificado en el siglo XII. Situado a orillas del Dordoña, cerca del vado de Copeyre, acogía a los peregrinos del camino de Santiago de Compostela, conocido como "camino de Flandes". Es un lugar cargado de historia, con numerosos detalles arquitectónicos que recuerdan su prestigioso pasado: ajimeces, aspilleras y chimeneas del siglo XVI.
El Manoir está rodeado de un amplio jardín con árboles frutales (higueras, nogales, ciruelos, etc.) y numerosos rosales
