La estación de tren de Gorton sirve al distrito de Gorton de la ciudad de Mánchester, Inglaterra. La estación está en la línea Manchester-Glossop y se encuentra a 2 1⁄2 millas al este de Manchester Piccadilly.
Fue inaugurada por el Great Central Railway el 25 de agosto de 1906 y reemplazó a una estación anterior que abrió en la línea el 23 de mayo de 1842. Desde el 1 de enero de 1923, la estación fue operada por el London and North Eastern Railway. La nueva estación estaba en la concurrida ruta de Woodhead hacia Sheffield Victoria y tenía cuatro andenes. La estación original estaba situada 200 yardas al oeste de la estación actual. Desde su inauguración, la nueva estación fue nombrada Gorton y Openshaw, y volvió a su nombre original en 1977. Se le hizo referencia como Openshaw en la canción de 1964 "Slow Train" de Flanders y Swann. Actualmente solo quedan en uso dos andenes.
