La iglesia de San Nicolás, Rochester, es una antigua iglesia parroquial en Rochester, Kent, Inglaterra, junto a la catedral de Rochester. Ahora son las oficinas de la Junta de Educación de la Diócesis de Rochester. Es un edificio clasificado como Grado I.
Desde antes de la conquista normanda de Inglaterra en el siglo XI, Rochester tenía una parroquia de San Nicolás que rendía culto en su propio altar en la catedral de Rochester. Pero a principios del siglo XV hubo una disputa entre los feligreses y el obispo de Rochester. Henry Chichele, arzobispo de Canterbury, intervino y en 1421 se instruyó a los feligreses de San Nicolás a mudarse de la catedral a una iglesia propia.
