La estación de tren de Cahersiveen estaba en el Gran Sur y Ferrocarril Occidental que iba desde Farranfore hasta Valentia Harbour en la República de Irlanda. La estación servía a Cahersiveen en el condado de Kerry.
Cahersiveen era la estación principal hacia el final de la rama, y estaba equipada con un cobertizo para locomotoras y una mesa giratoria. El último tren del día hacia Valentia regresaría los 4 kilómetros desde el puerto y se quedaría en el establo durante la noche, para ser devuelto al día siguiente.
