El embalse de Stramentizzo se encuentra en el valle de Fleims en Italia a una altitud de 787 m s.n.m. Administrativamente, está dividido entre el municipio de Castello-Molina di Fiemme en Trentino y el municipio de Altrei en Tirol del Sur. El embalse se completó en 1956 en el lugar del antiguo pueblo de Stramentizzo, que fue reemplazado por un nuevo asentamiento del mismo nombre en el extremo este de la masa de agua. Del antiguo pueblo solo se ha conservado la puerta de la iglesia de los ángeles de la guarda.
