La Iglesia de la Huida a Egipto es una iglesia católica romana situada en el Waterfront de La Valeta en Floriana, Malta. La iglesia fue construida en el siglo XVIII con el diseño barroco de Andrea Belli para el servicio espiritual de los trabajadores en las Tiendas Pinto. La iglesia fue golpeada por un bombardeo aéreo durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial en 1941 y fue restaurada en 1989, pero permaneció sin consagrar. Se reabrió para servicios religiosos en 2006 junto con el Waterfront de La Valeta. El actual rector es Paul Attard.
